The layout is pretty nice and standard and the building is quite modern. The outside for cooking is quite nice with a pool so the price all ends up. I live here now, i've been here for a year. I don't discount other people's issues, but i will say that so far I've really liked it. The maintenance has been decent. My neighbors are awesome and the price is pretty reasonable for joco. Its not perfect and its not the lap of luxury, but considering some of the other places i saw in my price range I am very happy to be here.
